There are 2 narrations about the death of prophet Muhammad:
1- Some historians among them most of sunnis say that he naturally died of disease.
2- Some others say that he was poisoned to death. (This narration is more famous among both shiits and sunnis.)
Now the question is: if poisoned, who poisoned him?
1- Some historians either Sunnis (among them Tabari in History of Tabari, v.2, p.138/ Ibn Hisham in Sirat al- Alnabaviah, v.3, p. 352/ Ibn Asir in Al-kamel Fi Al-Tarikh, v.1, p.598-599/ and some others) or Shiits (among them Majlesi in Jala al oiun, p 82-83/ Koleini in Osul al- Kafi, v.2/ sheikh Tousi in Tahzib al-Ahkam, v.6, p.2/etc.) believe that a Jewish girl called Zeinab, the daughter of Hares who blamed prophet Muhammad for the death of most of her family poisoned him after the Khaibar event.
Now on one hand we need to bear in mind that prophet Muhammad was poisoned in 7th year of Hijrat (migration) while died in 11th. This is why some say that it is hard to believe that he died of poison. On the other hand, according to some narrations, prophet Muhammad himself said to the mother of boshr Ibn bara at the time of his death that he disease was of the poison he was fed after Kheibar event.

The second Miracle such a powerful poison that caused another companion to die on the spot immediately did not do any harm even a little Bit, (he did not vomit or felt weak to walk etc) to the Prophet

When he felt relief his eyes were fixed at the ceiling. He then said: O Allah, along with the high companions (i. e. along with the Apostles who live in the most elevated place of the Paradise). (On hearing these words), I then said (to myself) He is not going to opt us and I remembered a hadith which he had narrated to us as he was healthy and in which he said: No prophet dies until he sees his abode in Paradise, he is then given a choice. 'A'isha said: These were the last words which Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) spoke (the words are): O Allah, with companions on High.
BUKHARI Book : #60, Hadith #110 Narrated 'Aisha: I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "No prophet gets sick but he is given the choice to select either this world or the Hereafter." 'Aisha added: During his fatal illness, his voice became very husky and I heard him saying: "In the company of those whom is the Grace of Allah, of the prophets, the Siddiqin (those followers of the prophets who were first and foremost to believe in them), the Martyrs and the pious.' (4.69) And from this I came to know that he has been given the option.

In short he lived in Miracles and his demise was also through Miracles.

Prophet was a febrile illness indicates the presence of an infection, not a sign of poisoning four years late. If the poisoning attempt in Khaybar was true, God protected him in a magnificent way, God's word is true, there is no definitive doctor's report on the cause of death, but it seems unlikely that he died from poison. Therefore, Hz. The short answer to the question of whether Mohammed was poisoned; Yes, there may have been an attempted poisoning, but God has protected him as He promised. The translator has mistranslated the Arabic phrase and it should instead be (directly into English):
In one account, ʿAlī, may God be best pleased with him, was called upon, while he was washing him [the Prophet], to raise his gaze to the sky.
The words "Oh prophet" in reference to Ali (r) addressing the prophet do not appear in the original Arabic text and neither are the words "penis" or "erect".
